Cancellation and Refund Policy

UGS Odisha primarily accepts donations for social and charitable purposes. As a general rule:

  • Donations once made are non-refundable.
  • In case of technical issues such as duplicate transactions or incorrect amount entry, you may contact us within 3 days at utkalgramaswarajya@gmail.com.
  • Refunds will be processed only after verification and confirmation from the finance department.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be made through the original mode of payment within 10–15 working days.

Shipping and Delivery

UGS Odisha does not deal in physical products for sale or shipment. However, for any digital materials or acknowledgments related to donations:

  • Donation receipts will be sent via email within 1–3 business days.
